OPPORTUNITY FOR DEVELOPERS OF SMART MOBILITY APPLICATIONS

frontierCities is an EU funded project which supports web-developers, SMEs and start-ups develop smart mobility applications for cities across Europe. The project is awarding a total of 3.92M€ for up to 70 web-developers, start-ups and SMEs to support the creation and development of ICT innovation solutions applied to mobility systems through the use of FIWARE platform. The deadline is February, 16th.

The project will also offer the selected app developers technical support and business advice: a series of boot-camps will be run to ensure competency in using FIWARE technologies and to ensure the uptake and business success of the developed applications. Interested cities will be paired with web-developers, SMEs and start-ups. Grantees will be given a space to test and deploy their smart mobility application.
