OPPORTUNITY FOR DEVELOPERS OF SMART MOBILITY APPLICATIONS

frontierCities is an EU funded project which supports web-developers, SMEs and start-ups develop smart mobility applications for cities across Europe. The project is awarding a total of 3.92M€ for up to 70 web-developers, start-ups and SMEs to support the creation and development of ICT innovation solutions applied to mobility systems through the use of FIWARE platform. The deadline is February, 16th.

The project will also offer the selected app developers technical support and business advice: a series of boot-camps will be run to ensure competency in using FIWARE technologies and to ensure the uptake and business success of the developed applications. Interested cities will be paired with web-developers, SMEs and start-ups. Grantees will be given a space to test and deploy their smart mobility application.

ACE IS BACK !

In its first year of activity the ACE Acceleration programme has already provided intensive one to one support to 80+ ICT start-ups and SMEs across Europe ensuring they rapidly gain entry and grow into international markets. Due to its success, ACE is now launching a second call for applications aiming at selecting the last TOP 50 ICT start-ups and SMEs in Europe.

The process to apply is simple: log on to the ACE website, follow the F6S link and fill in your application.
The call is open until 25th January 2015 and we strongly encourage companies from Luxembourg and outside to get involved !
