The startup living lab is a set of product/service co-design meetings based on the interactions of entrepreneurs and future users. The structured living labs meetings are organised both physically and virtually on a dedicated platform where the users can follow the evolution of new product/service. The startup living lab method allow entrepreneurs to better characterize the user expectations and to benefit of the user expertise so as to fine tune the added value offered by the new products & services. The startup living lab is also an opportunity for users to have the exclusivity of discovering the products and services of tomorrow and to be part of an early adopter community.
