Mocom is Luxembourg’s first Mobile-Ticket distributor. The company developed a three-lingual platform at which customers can purchase tickets for any kind of event in Luxembourg and its neighbour countries.
The innovative aspect of this concept is the distribution of the corresponding ticket(s) to the customers’ mobile phones by means of an encoded SMS, which contains the same information as the paper-based tickets. The check-in consists in the scanning of the mentioned encoded SMS at the entrance.
The main advantages for the customers are commodity, rapidity and efficiency. A professional Mocom customer care service guides the customers also through the process either if they are not very familiar to the Internet or if they have specific questions. |
